📁 Data We Store (Cloud)
If you verified your phone number and created an account, we store:
- Phone number (used for account authentication via Firebase)
- Name (optional, if you provided it)
- Email address (optional, for weekly progress emails)
- Streak count and streak history
- Cleanup statistics: photos reviewed, photos archived, storage saved
- Device information: model, OS version, app version
- Last sync timestamp
🔒 Data We NEVER Store
- Your photos or videos
- Any media files whatsoever
- Photo metadata or thumbnails
- Your contacts or address book
- Your precise location
Your photos never leave your device. All photo processing happens locally on your phone. We only store statistics and sync data — never your actual media.
Request Received
Your deletion request has been received. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days. If you provided an email, you will receive a confirmation once complete.
Prefer email?
Send an email to tech@hiredai.ca with subject "Rewind Account Deletion Request" and include your phone number.
Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove all cloud-synced data including your streak history and statistics. This action cannot be undone. Local data on your device will remain until you uninstall the app.
